About Family Solutions Collaborative

The Family Solutions Collaborative Project (FSC) is a collaborative made up of the leading family homeless service providers in Orange County. Utilizing the Collective Impact Model, the FSC works to prevent, divert and house families from homelessness in a prompt, coordinated and equitable effort.

The FSC supports the network of our members, partners and stakeholders, working as the eco-system and strengthener for the family homeless response system in the OC.

Through strong partnerships, our member organizations ideate, implement and advocate for innovations throughout the homeless response system, making the FSC the primary driver in ending a family’s housing crisis quickly, utilizing prevention, diversion and housing strategies.
