About HOA Community Reinvestment Fund

The HOA Community Reinvestment Fund of Orange County is intended to act as a catalyst for reinvestment in severely distressed HOA’s (with CC&R's) occupied by low / moderate income residents. We achieve sustainable results by partnering with resident leaders, management companies, charitable foundations, advocacy organizations and units of local government.
